Our suite was perfect for my family of 6. There was a separate living space with a pull out bed and the bedroom had two queens with french doors for privacy. The kids enjoyed the pool and mini arcade. Wish there was breakfast included..or even coffee for guests.

It's a bit old, but I feel there is no better choice. The shower is still very old-fashioned, the sound insulation is also average, and there is no one to help with luggage at the hotel entrance.

Good facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters…

We stayed two nights in a newly renovated room and had comfortable stay. The room was spacious with lots of room for a family of four to maneuver around the beds and each other. The kids enjoyed the large pool and arcade room. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We used the Marriot App to communicate in advance of our stay and our message was quickly responded to. Common areas such as the lobby and restaurant have also been upgraded, providing stylish places to relax or socialize. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Four Points Sheraton next time we are in London and recommend it to others.
